Default My progress so far (240+ to 185)
I finally got the guts to put up some pics of me.
The first two were at a friends birthday party at my heaviest ever, just over 240 lbs in March of 2008.

I'm the one on the left (blue sweater and beer.)

This one is me on my recent vacation at 185 lbs (Jan 2009).


I still have my beer gut, but I have about 45 lbs to go to goal! But my face and body look and more importantly feel a lot better. Thanks for looking!

Wow, you're looking great!

I'm 5'4", and starting at 240 pounds as well - so it's nice to look at someone who's body is comparable to mine and see what I might look like when I'm down 55lbs I'm excited that I may look as fantastic as you! Keep it up, and gimme more motivation
