Mini-GoalsEven if you're not at goal yet, this is the place to share your successes and achievements along the way! Success can be measured in many ways besides the scales. Tell us about your triumphs, including Non Scale Victories
I have Offically lost 30.7 lbs! Since November 11th 2008 by Counting calories & walking indoors. I am sooooooooooo happy I reached the 220's today.(229.2) I will add a photo again when I lose 10 more lbs~I am gonna try to post them each time I lose 20 lbs & will post each 10lbs from here If I remember LOL With 3 kids who knows from day to day about the memory,
Even though I am Just 33 years old.hahahahahahahaha
I would like to add that When I first joined I was thinking On how awesome everyones tickers Looked with all that weight they had lost and Mine was Just 13.3 lbs the first time of loss after a month once I got my ticker~But it adds up quickly if we stay strong and work hard at it. I feel so at home here on 3FC Its a great site & has been such a great help to me.
Excellent! Good for you. Small goals are the best way to keep motivated for those of us with a long weigh (get it?) to go. You always feel more like succeeding when you stop to enjoy the success you've already had.
I saw the title of your post and could really identify! The holidays were a little tough but we came through OK! I'm hoping this spring and summer is not just another depressing case of trying to hide under huge shorts and tee-shirts - thanks for sharing, it helps us all
