Get back in there, you can do it!

When I am going back to Ph 1 and struggling I try to incorporate my favorite Ph 1 foods so I don't feel so bad about it. I love to make homemade indian dishes, roasted chicken, bean and lentil soups, and some of the SBD mock-foods are helpful too, like the SB pancakes and oatmeal (recipes are in the recipes threads)....Like Zeff said, a limited time limit of Ph 1 should be enough. If you're only going back for a few days or a week, maybe that will encourage you to stick with it. Llike the Obama-motto, just keep thinking "Yes, We Can!".
