I have before, but not because I ate "bad" foods. usually something like that will set off a whole chain of bad eating for me. having one hamburger isn't bad. you didn't go over your calorie limit, and you satisfied your craving instead of trying to satiate it with something you didn't really want. i usually eat more than i would have trying to do that. honestly, i think your find. something like that now and then isn't bad. just jump right back to the healthy stuff the next time you eat
