Ugh I don't understand why I feel this way. I think that I cheated but technically I really didn't. I was kinda craving a hamburger for supper tonight so I swung by wendy's and just picked up a small plain one. I had more than enough calories left for the day and I even ate the hamburger with only half the bun (less calories!!! same great taste lol) Why do I feel like I cheated?!???!? ugh infuiating because in life I know sometimes I can eat these items just in moderation.. anyone else fight with themselves about silly thoughts like this

This whole process is hard. There is a constant struggle between moderation and discipline. Look what a great choice you made tonight. 1 small hamburger, with only 1/2 the bun while still WITHIN your calorie range. You have nothing to be mad about. I probably would have added the fries and shake to that just because I HAD cals to spare. Be proud of your healthy choice!!

I have before, but not because I ate "bad" foods. usually something like that will set off a whole chain of bad eating for me. having one hamburger isn't bad. you didn't go over your calorie limit, and you satisfied your craving instead of trying to satiate it with something you didn't really want. i usually eat more than i would have trying to do that. honestly, i think your find. something like that now and then isn't bad. just jump right back to the healthy stuff the next time you eat

u did good dont beat urself up over it i norm get the side salad insteed of fries if i get a meal but im realy trying to stay away from it all its hard with work lunches being brought to us but i just have to cut something else out of my day
