  • Hope you all will join me this week! Remember to plan out your week & then come back at the end of each day & write down how you did that day.

    My plan: 1300-1700 calories, 92oz of water, 30DS & cardio.

    Monday: 1685 calories (did so good!), 80oz of water, 60 mins elliptical - I'm pretty weak from the change in diet & lack of protein, so I will eat my chicken in the middle of the day rather than at the end so it gives me so energy. I felt like dookie today, but after I ate dinner, I felt so much better getting some protein in. I didn't even have the strength or endurance to do the Shred.
    Tuesday: 1689 calories, 96oz of water, 30DS Level 1 Day 9 & 60 mins elliptical
    Wednesday: Off plan - didn't do well, but tomorrow is a new day!
    Thursday: Did great, & then ran to the corner store & bought chocolate - 2nd night in a row, low on water, 30DS Level 1 Day 10 & hr of cardio at the gym

  • I am totally in! I have never done one of these and I definately need accountability after the weekend I just had!

    My plan: More protein, less carbs, low calorie. 4 step aerobics classes (1 day off)

    Monday: 1600 calories. 1 Hr step class
    Tuesday: Ugh. Bad Day at work = no exercise = me being grumpy = 2 peanut butter cookies. Oh well. Will get better!
    Wednesday: 1600 calories, 1 hr step class

    My goals: 1600-1700 Calories, 70 oz water and some activity everyday.

    Monday: 1608 Cals, 66 oz water and 30 mins of kickboxing!
    Tuesday: 1851 cals, 75 oz water and no workout!

    monday: 36 points, not so hot! but did week 1 day 3 of C25K

    Goal: 1600 calories, 80 oz of water, gym 3 days

    Monday: 1532 calories, 80 oz. of water, rode the bike for 30 minutes
    Tuesday: 1512 calories, 80 oz. of water, gym day 1 (45 minutes on the elliptical)
    Wednesday: 1586 calories, 64 oz. of water, gym day 2 (30 minutes on the elliptical)
    Thursday: 1477 calories, 80 oz. of water, gym day 3 (45 minutes on the elliptical)
    Friday: 1558 calories, 96 oz. of water, gym day 4 (35 minutes on the elliptical and weight work)
  • Ok so this week will be better than last week!! No more TOM to mess with me Soooo lets try this again...
    1200-1550 cals a day, 1 hour workout per day including C25K.

    Mon: 1300 cals, 1 hour TaeKwonDo
    Tues: 1450 cals, 1 hour TaeKwonDo
    Wed: 1500 cals, 1 hour treadmill
    Thu: 1400 cals, no workout since daughter wanted a "girls night"...will make up for it Sunday

  • I think I might try cycling this week just for something different. M:1600 T:1200 W:1300 Th:1200 F:1500. That will put me at about the 1360 I try for each day. We'll see how it goes. After a few days if it isn't working I'll go back to my 1350-1360 again. LOL!

    I'm going to go for at least 64 ounces of water like always. And also I'd like to up my fiber. I've been doing awesome lately and I want to keep it up. I will also exercise every night. I'm going to stick to the Biggest Loser Boot Camp video all week. I don't think I'll get board and I really want to step away from 30 DS for a week or so.



    Monday: Bday party Mon night so nothing got accomplished. No exercise. No idea on my calories...I only tracked until dinner time. I allowed 1600 and I'm sure I went slightly over. Shouldn't be too bad though. I did get 17g of fiber before the party and I drank 4 32oz bottles of water.

    Tuesday: 1164 Calories 425 Calories Burned 18g of fiber 3 32oz bottles of water so far.

    Wednesday: 1321 Calories 423 Cals Burned 21g of Fiber 4 32oz bottles of water

    Thursday: 1609 Calories 489 Cals Burned 24g of fiber 4 32 oz bottles of water

  • What kind of a cleanse are you doing? I should think about doing that too. I did the Advocare 10 day cleanse when I lost weight like 5 years ago and lost 7 pounds in the 10 days. That wasn't even the beginning of my dieting either!
  • Lynsey: I'm doing just fruits & veggies, except for a small chicken breast at dinner so that I will get SOME protein this week. And then I found a colon cleanse at Wal-Mart that I am throwing in with it. I just wanted to get the junk out of my system, but I'm hoping to lose some weight along with it. I have been at a plateau so I'm crossing my fingers on busting thru this stupid thing.
  • I DEFINITELY need to participate this week! Hopefully I will remember to update it!

    This week, I want to stay OP and only use 20 flex points at the most (I'm on weight watchers), and I also want to start working out!! I need to!

    Monday: I did alright today! OP! I had chipotle for dinner with my ex, so I did use 8 FP's today. But I also went on a 1.5 mile walk with him as well!
    Tuesday: OP! I actually did okay. I had a can of coke, which wasn't good. But overall, I ate really healthily and even worked out a little bit!
    Wednesday: YAY! Completely and utterly OP! I did the 30Day Shred, and ate completely OP!
    Thursday: OP again! I am doing so much better this week than last week, I think it is because I have been pre-planning my food.
    Friday: Horrible! Completely had a sugar binge...so went way over my flex points not only for today but for the whole week...damn...

  • My goal is an average of 1400 cals a day (calorie cycling this week)

  • Ash - my body hates me. I've been stuck at 182 for 3 weeks. I'm hoping this detox week will kick it back into losing.

    One of my friends was trying to tell me that it's my fault...that I must be cheating on my calories. I AM ABSOLUTELY NOT CHEATING! Aren't plateaus normal? Or am I just crazy?
