At first I thought it was kinda lame. But I just added the second level the second time I did the video. It adds a bit. I'm sweating by the end and my inner thighs have been burning all day. I'm going to keep doing level 2 for a week or so and then add 3 in. I would like to get some heavier weights. I only have 3's and I have to hold them both in one hand to get the burn they are getting.

Sorry Ash!! Some weeks are just tougher than others. I'm about ready to throw in the towel myself. Dieting & weight loss just totally sucks...bleh!

I know. But I feel like if the doctor had have humoured me yesterday instead of DH having to call and raise **** today (DS's fever spiked over 104 degrees and wouldn't budge even with tylenol) then that would have been one less day my boy had to suffer. I know he'll be fine, but when he hurts, I hurt.

I started to sabotage myself today, but then I stopped. Well, I ate mcdonald's for lunch, but I have about 500 calories left for the day so I am good. I worked out REALLY hard at the gym & I'll do the Shred later.

I was so down this morning - I just wanted to give up. I hate this plateau & it just makes me want to quit. But I changed my mind mid-day & pulled it together.

How is everyone else doing?

I am really stressed with work and there's so much stuff I have to get done in the next like two weeks and not enough time to get anything done!!! Ahhh...but I am starting to relish my gym time because it's time when I can just zone out and not think about work, although I still do usually end up thinking about work LOL

I'm about 150 calories below the limit today, but I am completely stuffed!!! I am planning on going to bed soon anyway (even though it's only like 8:20pm! haha), so I guess today will be a lighter day.

I'm doing ok. I ended up at 1600 cals today..MIL made dinner..but I RAN to her house after I did 30 Min of the Biggest Loser Boot Camp. Tomorrow was my 1600 day but I guess I'll make it a lighter one. Then I've decided I am going to go for about 1400-1500 each day and see if I can get rid of a few pounds that way. Something's got to give!

It's ok. Everybody has weeks like that. You're throwing a birthday party - what do you expect? It's ok girl. You'll get back on next week & I will kick you into gear.

Just as expected. I was up to 174.5 today. I don't get it. I was 173 last week at one point. Why so I have to see the same numbers go up and down and up and down? I wish there was a magic formula that said if you eat X amount of cals and burn X amount of cals you will lose X amount of pounds. It's so hard to figure out where you should be with your cals and such. How can you get an accurate BMR? This would help.

I did just terribly this week. I always started out with good intentions, but by the evening I was eating whatever I wanted. Yesterday I was shocked because I came in at 1935 calories, but still not enough to keep me down. I was up to 185.2 today. I have lost my motivation & I am just sad. I can't get past this hump, so I just let myself do whatever I wanted. I need to be re-motivated, but I don't what is going to do it. =/

This must have been a bad week for everyone....I went up too this week!! I was really strict and on plan with my eating all week long and exercised like a mad woman every day this week. So, imagine my horror when I weighed myself this morning and gained weight. It's so frustrating and disheartening. I just want to be out of the 200's and now I'm getting further away from it. Gah!
