Hi, I'm New! :D
Hi, I'm Ashley, and I figured I would introduce myself!
I began my diet on December 1, 2008, and I have gone from 151 pounds to 138 pounds. I started on the Special K diet but realized I have gone away from that. It was a great jumpstart to sticking with it, though!
I joined this to get some new food and exercise ideas, and to share mine! Also to hear the great success stories to keep me going.
I'm only 18, but at 5'4", I wasn't happy with my appearance. I've been TRYING to diet forever now. Since I was 14, I was trying to maintain a healthy weight. Working at the biggest retail bakery around doesn't add to my success! :P But, I've managed to fit a workout a day into my busy schedule, and I can't wait until I have a bikini body for Senior Trip! Great to meet everyone!
