I'm finishing up my sixth week on the 3 day diet right now. I'm having really excellent results with it.

Are you considering it? Do you have any particular questions that I could answer?

I've done the 3 day diet. It worked pretty well, but I got sick of the same food over and over again. Its a good diet but not something I'd want to stick to for a long time period. If you're only looking to drop a few pounds then it'll work, but I wouldnt recommended it for long-term.

any diet you GO ON, with the idea that you are GOING OFF it again will only put more weight on you in the long run.

i "dieted" for years and all it resulted in was yo-yoing for years.

take it from my 20+ years of dieting experience.
DIETS DON'T WORK.

i eat more food in a day now than i have in years and i've dropped 30+ pounds this year!

when i quit dieting and started eating real food, i lost the weight.

diets are HARD! you have to weigh this and count that...always figuring, counting, figuring....that's no way to live!

we only get one go-around in this life...don't waste it dieting.

if i ever bothered to figure up how many calories i eat a day or fat grams or carbs...you'd probably be shocked! I would probably be shocked too! i bet it's a lot!
yet...i'm still losing weight....and i could eat the way i am now for the rest of my life! i'm eating real food that i love!

do yourself a favor and don't diet!
check my webpage to see what i'm doing. (homepage link at the top) it works!

I started this 3 day diet yesterday. I was really sick at the end of the day. I vomited atleast 5 times. Can this diet make you sick?? Or was it just me?? And since I basically threw up everything I ate, will it still work??

Oh hi, I see the confusion, that post was from 5/13

I was 3 day dieting then, and I found it effective but a bit restrictive and boring in the end I opted for a more carbs in moderation plan and then found fat flush. I know it sounds like a lot of switching around but the new diet thing is always motivating to me. And I have learned a new way to eat, I rarely eat breads or pastas or refined sugars now, I watch what kind of fats i take in and I drink tons of water. These are all tenets of every plan i have tried, I also know what a normal portion size looks like and regularly halve and wrap my meals. Salads and veggies are also my friends. i'm pretty confident that I have changed quite a few of my bad habits, as long as I don't get mindless about it!

Honestly, the 3 day diet was a nice jump start for me at a point that I felt I was plateauing.
I think I lost 8 pounds the first time through and then 5 or so each successive time. I can't remember the exacts.
Then I tried the 2 day diet just to be as confusing as possible, that one was 2 days of low carb followed by a day off of low fat with Cravers!(stuff that is normally forbidden on diets) and then 2 days back on low carb, 2 days off on low fat. It was a lot to keep track of but highly effective, and you never have to "Diet" hard for more than 2 days at a time.

Now I am trying to eschew the fad diet mind set and find something that will work in every situation. Fat Flush with a few adaptions seems to be very healthy and sensible in the long run. But fast results are pretty wonderful...
