I was told (WW Leader) that we eat about 5-8 pounds of food a day. So that definitely matters. Most people eat about the same amount each day (weight wise/amt of lbs). Because your weight does flucutate so much maybe you just pick a particular time that you weigh. It would be more accurate than all times of the day. So many things come into account that affect your daily weight, salt intake, no poo, more water, less water and so on. I only weigh once a week at WW. I can't weigh at home because the scale differs. Try to stick to the same time and day each week for a while. It may help.
