Hi Debaroo. Congratulations on your weight loss. I'm working to get to that point again but will have a long way to go. I've lost the weight before but gained it back and then some :P I'm not going to let that happen again and need new tips
I'd be happy if you can share some weight loss tips that worked best for you and how you stayed motivated or what your exercise plan was to be so successful.
Congrats again and I hope to be saying the same thing that you did in a year or so.
