Hey everybody!
If you're like me at all, you check into 3FC everyday, weigh yourself everyday, and struggle with exercise, food, or both.
SO! For 10 days I want to be totally accountable. I've done awesome exercising lately but I haven't counted my calories AT ALL! And I haven't dropped a single lb.... gee, I wonder why? So if you want to join me, everyday I'm going to post my weight, my calories in and my exercise minutes + calories burned (if I know it). I'll be forced to count my calories and to admit if I skip any days of exercise.
If you want to join me, just create a date list and everyday edit the post with your daily wt, cals, and exercise minutes.
COINCIDENTALLY, in 10 days, on the 23rd, I leave for the tropical beaches of the Philippines & Thailand for 2 weeks... so yeah. I definitely need to do what I can now!
