Default The Puke-aroo Cleanse Diet...

The Puke-aroo Cleanse Diet...

This was my two day cleanse, getting so sick I threw up for two days. I was just reading some books about cleanses ironically a few days before I got sick. Cleaned up my kitchen, and bought groceries for all clean eating and juicing with my new juicer. So since I did this Puke-aroo cleanse, and believe me this had to have cleaned out anything in my intestines plus my intestines as well - I think I'll skip an "official" cleanse.

I haven't gotten on the scale to see how much weight was lost in my Puke Cleanse but I will tomorrow, as today I was so faint I couldn't get on the scale. I'm sure there's better ways to lose weight then this, this was a bad one, I hear it's going around. Tomorrow it's back to my diet and a modified exercise plan. I'm doing Body for Life and there's no way I can do 40 min of hard weight training after being this sick ) so no x's on my calendar for 3 days (awwww)... Life goes on and I'll be back. I've lost 10 lbs or so in the past few months, have 15+ to go, weight I regained that I really want to keep off for life. This the "life" part of the Body for Life.

Hope no one else has gotten this sick - and that it can't be spread through online posts. Horrible yucky stuff.

Yuck! Definitely take care of yourself and keep the exercise light until you're feeling better...don't want to mess with being that sick!

Hope you feel better soon!

Hehe - that reminds me of a "cleanse" I had about 14 months ago! Only it wasn't a "puke-aroo" cleanse it was a "poo-aroo" cleanse.

I couldn't keep anything in my system for about 3 days - even when I didn't eat my body STILL found things to "cleanse".

Awful!

But...I did lose two kilos in that time (about 4.5 pounds) which didn't come back when I was finally able to start eating again.

Would never ever recommend that to anyone though lol - there is absolutely nothing worse than being sick!

Hope you're feeling better

Oh Horsey, I had the Puke-aroo Cleanse here at my house last week. It lasted one full day, but the nausea lasted until Sunday. I lost about 5 lbs, but prolly mostly water weight as I did no exercise for 5 days. Yuck.

Hope you are feeling better....and cleansed...LOL

Yesterday I was on the "get a deep cleaning under the gums on 1/4 of your mouth" diet--my mouth was sore so food wasn't first on my list, I had some soup and dropped a lb!! I get to go on this diet again on the 29th when they do another 1/2 my mouth, and then once more to finish it off---It's a painful way to lose weight, I just hope I lose a lb every time to make it worth it (and of course to prevent my teeth falling out!)....
