Default I bought new running shoes!

I am so excited! I just went during lunch to go buy a new pair of running shoes. I used to run a lot before I was PG with my daughter! I went to a running specialty store and they did all sorts of evaluations on my feet, watched how I walked, watched how I ran, etc....

I ended up getting a pair of Brooks Dyads and am hoping I can be back in shape to run a 1/2 marathon in June! That's my goal!!!!

I love getting new running shoes. If I really want to treat myself, I'll also get some good running socks. Good lucky on your half mary goal, I hope to do one in May myself.

We have a local shoe store here called Feet Fleet they are a running specialty store. I would just look for a running specialty store in your area.
