  • You know the drill! Plan out your week & then log each day so that we can all keep each other OP!

    1550-1700 calories per day, 92oz of water, 30DS & some elliptical (free day on Monday!!)

    Monday: Off day!!, 50oz of water, 30DS Level 1 Day 4
    Tuesday: 1435 calories, 96oz of water, 30DS Level 1 Day 5 & 60 mins elliptical
    Wednesday: 2140 calories (YIKES!), 96oz of water, 30DS Level 1 Day 6 & 60 mins elliptical
    Thursday: 1510 calories, 80oz of water, no exercise (day off to recoup)
    Friday: 1700 calories, 96oz of water, 30DS Level 1 Day 7 & 60 mins elliptical

  • Okay thanks! Well, I'm 28 so I guess I qualify for this sub group. I will do the challenge. I'm doing WW right now so my "OP" will be staying within my point value. I am recovering from a knee injury and can't exercise again til I'm cleared by my doctor, but it shouldn't be too much longer. Thank gosh! I can't wait to add 30DS to my routine. I have some of the other Biggest Loser workout tapes and love them! I'm kindof worried because I will be on vacation from Thursday to Monday and that always seems to be a trigger for me. I'll let my family know what I'm doing for extra support.

    Monday: Stayed OP! 22 WW points, no exercise because of injury
    Tuesday: Stayed OP! 25 WW points (used 3 of my weekly points allowance)
    Wednesday: Stayed OP! 27 WW points (used 5 of my weekly points allowance)
    Thursday: Stayed OP! 25 WW points (used 3 of my weekly allowance)
    Friday: I'm on vacation and was served my fav--homemade enchiladas. I ended up eating 8! And three chocolates! Yikes! So that would be all my remaining weekly points and then some. I guess I'll try again on the weekend OP challenge.

    1600 calories, at least 64 oz. of water, and gym at least 3 days and some other type of exercise on non-gym days.

    Monday: 1618 calories, 80 oz. of water, gym day 1 (45 minutes on the elliptical)
    Tuesday: 1665 calories, 64 oz. of water, gym day 2 (15 minutes on the bike, 30 minutes on the elliptical)
    Wednesday: 1633 calories, 80 oz. of water, gym day 3 (33 minutes on the elliptical, weight work)
    Thursday: 1617 calories, 80 oz. of water, gym day 4 (33 minutes on the elliptical, leg weight work)
    Friday: 1567 calories, 96 oz. of water, gym day 5 (40 minutes on the elliptical)
  • Okay Ill Try this!! This is my first time at this.

    below a 2000 calorie diet, at least 32 oz of water, and exercise 30 minutes a day.

    Goals: 1200-1500 cals a day, work out every day at least an hour, lots of water!

    Monday: 1800 cals, Elliptical 1 hour, water ok not great
    Tuesday: 1400 cals, TaeKwonDo 1 hour, water good
    Wednesday: bad bad day
    Thursday: 1600 cals, 1 hour treadmill, 30DS, lots water
    Friday:1500 cals, 1 hour treadmill, lots of water
  • Yay! This worked really well for me last week. I stayed OP food-wise, but didn't quite get the exercise I had hoped for. This week:

    24 WW points/day
    Gym 3-4x between Monday and Friday
    <28 WW points on days I go to the gym
    80 oz. water/day
    No alcohol (I had a bit too much vodka on Saturday night which led to some nachos I totally didn't need. It's not the alcohol itself I'm trying to stay away from, it's the mindless eating!)

    i'm really bad at cataloging my calories but I've lost 64 lbs so I must know what I'm doing some of the time
  • Im in for this week...

    OP Day for me means...
    - Going to the gym
    - Not Drinking my cals: only water or coffee (essentials lol)
    - Not binging... staying in control of my eating


    Sunday - Did very well. Ran 2.49 miles at the gym, no binging, ate a a salad with chicken for dinner. Did manage to drink 1/2 of a PEPSI (oooh booo hiss right?)

    Tuesday: 1852 cals, 80 oz water and no workout.
    Wednesday:1993 cals (Yikes), 70 oz water and no workout
    Thursday:1678 cals, 70 oz water and 15 min walk.

    some other type of cardio on days I don't box.

    1 hour boxing class

    72 oz water
    day off of exercise.. just stretching and some ab work
    1430 cals
    7000 steps.

    I am wearing a pedometer for this challenge through the wellness center at work. I'm really excited to see how much I walk a day and I think it'll keep me moving long term since the challenge lasts a whole YEAR! Good luck this wk girls
  • I'm going to have a nervous breakdown, girls!! I need some encouragement! Ok, so this week, I ate about 1750 calories per day because I up-ed my exercise a lot. I was doing the elliptical for 60 mins & the 30DS - which adds up to about 1630 calories burned everyday. Now I was on my period all last week & I was still spotting yesterday, so I should have known. I was really holding out for 178 or 179 this morning, but OH NO! 183.4!!!!!! I almost cried. I sat down on the bath mat naked & was so depressed. Even my sweet husband said that I already know it's period weight, but I am so frustrated. I worked so damn hard this week! Ugh! Sorry I'm just feeling down & frustrated. I ate 2 big spoonfuls of Nutella after that whole debacle! Luckily Monday is my free day...
  • Okay Missy! I will not sit here and make it to the 170s without you!!! Now get your butt off the bathmat, take the spoon out of the nutella, drink some water, take a midol and you will be fine! Buck up! Now, you KNOW that this is merely TOM weight and that it's going to fall right off of you in a matter of days. This is NO TIME to be throwing in the towel! If you throw in the towel now, what have you been doing this for?

    Come on and put a smile back on that gorgeous face of yours. You KNOW you'll be beating the pants off of me in a matter of days. Come on!
