Default Goal Attainable

I am counting Calories and working out. I am at 240 and I am going to set my next mini goal for 199lbs. I want to be in onderland by my 21st Birthday Party. My actual birthday is June 7th but my party is (girls night out on the town) is the 13th. So I want to be in onderland in about 5 months and a few days. Do you think it's attainable? I think it's attainable. I think I am too that point where I enough is enough and I have been so good lately OP I really think I can do it, What about you guys, is it achievable?

I believe it's attainable. I'm hoping to be at 195lbs by March 20th (high hopes), but that's at about a 2.5lbs lose per week which seems to be my usual. Though some weeks are more, some are less and it usually evens itself out.

Good luck!

Definitely. If it isn't coming off at first, step up the intensity of your work-outs.

I think it's attainable. I'm about your size, and counting calories, and I've been losing 8-10 pounds a month, so I think you can too. My birthday is actually June 20, and I'm hoping to reach (at least) my 100 pounds lost number- 188.

Definitely! That's about 2 pounds per week which is very healthy and doable! That's about the rate I lost my forty pounds at.

Much success to you!
