Default Day one down... and now on to day two

Well I started my new life yesterday. I had too. Im 22, type 1 diabetic, have a hyperthyroid that I will probably be on meds for the rest of my life for. I had early pre-e while pregnant. They had to induce me due to my high bloodpressure. I am afraid if I dont get my weight down I will wind up with high blood pressure, when not preggo and I wil end up with more health issues. I shouldnt have this many issues at 22. So I started eating different yesterday and am hoping this will be a life change. I ate breakfast a 1/2 hour after waking yesterday. I NEVEr eat breakfast. I eat like 3 hours after waking and then over eat. SO it was nice to eat right away. I also at a snack like 3 hours later so I didnt feel so hungry when I ate lunch. THen i ate a snack between lunch and supper which also helped me not over eat at my meal. I usually only eat twice in a day and over eat each meal. I think this new plan will really work for me and will help me not overindulge. so far today i ate breakfast and its now time for my snack. Im really not even too hungry but id rather eat now then wait until im really hungry for lunch. I think this is going to work

Are you sure you are "Hyper" thyroid and not "hypo" ? Because usually people with hyperthyroidism don't have problems losing weight.

Thanks for joining with us!!

Im hyper. thats the one side affect i havent had, weight loss. But i have an extremely high heartrate (over 100 resting... got up to 198 exercising so I havent done exercizes in a few months, until my meds are affective... still working on the rightdosage).

I am just hoping I can stick to this. I think if I can make it through the first two weeks I will be good to go. I usually bail out after the first week.
