Smile Back again

Hi,
My Names Jamie, i was a member here las t year and this site helped me lose 40 lbs!! but i was a smoker and after i quit smoking i gained back almost all of my weight so here i am again for the motavation and inspiration to do it all again!

Back! Congratulations on quitting smoking. You've done your body such a huge healthy favor.

I know you say that you've gained back weight, but imagine what may have happened had you not started out losing some. Perhaps your starting weight would be higher. Take your time, get back into a healthy routine. You'll drop those pounds & then some!

Recently quit smoking myself, 6 days ago and I'm so afraid of gaining more weight than I already have. Everything that I've read says that it is normal to gain wt, oh crap is what I say every time I read that. Anywhoo, congratulations on quitting and good luck with your weight loss.
