Hi everybody, I'm new to 3FC. I'm the once a year kind of dieter/exerciser. I get going for a few months then fall off the wagon b/c I stop losing weight after the first 7 or so pounds. Anyway, I'm coming off of having 2 kids pretty much back to back, and have kept on about 30 lbs from that. I was overweight to start with, so now it's just a HUGE undertaking and baby weight is like SPACKLED on! Anyways, I'm anxious to get started here.
