Of course you don't have to do this alone!! I, too, want to eat and drink wine (lots and lots of wine!), but I know that won't get me anywhere in reaching the goals I set for myself (at least, this is the mantra I repeat- over and over and over again

...)
It's not *totally* full proof, but you'll find that after a while exercise is just as effective (and more) at relieving stress. So yes, I agree, you do need exercise
