no one tells me to stop..I just try not to make other people (friends who are overweight) uncomfortable and try not to mention it a lot..so I keep a lot of it in :-(. They do acknowledge it and tell me how proud of me they are but I cannot help feeling that way...and family members go on and on about it..and some continuously say how i've "lost enough"..so basically it's just you guys that i have!

Angel, I am exactly the same as you. I try not to mention weightloss to anyone in real life. I do get comments almost daily and sometimes several times daily. But nothing is less considerate than throwing weight loss advice or stories to someone that doesn't want to hear it.

I love coming here. I feel like I can be myself and discuss what is ailing me and get support, answers and advice. You girls do rock.
