Hi, I am not new to 3FC, but I figure with a fresh start comes a fresh introduction.
So
HI!
Within the last few months I have slid back into eating whatever I want. I tried to get back into the swing of eating better, but I failed miserably. I managed to regain 30 lbs! Ehhhh, all that hard work gone to waste. Here I am again to try and get myself to a healthy weight.
I would like to get down to 180. Which would be close to 100lbs down from where I started (well technically its 92lbs). I am angry with myself, since I was more than a thrid of the way there and I blew it. Now anger is determination. I want to be healthier! So for 2009 I vow to be healthy, fabulous and succesful (a tall order I know, but totally doable).
Assignment one, don't give in to sugar cravings! (
