Congratulations on saying goodbye to the 300's forever! You're doing a great job! Low cal is easy compared to the other diets. Just make sure that what you choose is the best choice. Get plenty of vitamins, fiber, protein, etc. I'm a firm believer that if you give your body the nutrition it requires, you won't be as hungry and you'll overall just feel better throughout the weight loss.
