Hi, this is the first time I have ever used a forum and am probably doing it wrong already! Diet starts tomorrow and I desperately want some help and support. I am in the UK and have a LOT of weight to lose. I would be really grateful for support with my weightloss but also for tips on how to use the forums properly! Thanks

Shashasha to Three Fat Chicks. I love this site, especially this forum. I started way at 352 pounds after I saw my pic from my daughter's wedding. Everyone here is very supportive and we've all been where you are at and where you're going. The girls give amazing advice. Heather is our moderator and is a wonderful woman. I've pm'd (private messaged) her from this site several times for advise on how certain things work here.
I look forward to sharing our weight loss journeys and healthy life styles together.

It's nice to see a member from the UK. I am from Swansea in Wales! I am going to start a diet tomorrow as well so I know how you feel! You will find loads of support on 3FC so there's nothing to worry about and you always can come to us for anything, anytime.

WELCOME, Shashasha and Freshmanweightorbust! Sometimes the thread moves really fast and I know it's impossible to keep up with at times. I could easily spend 3 hours posting, and I barely have 3 minutes somedays. Just do what you're comfortable with. The Chicks have done an AMAZING job with this site - it's Huge and there's stuff here for everyone. I hope you enjoy the tons of information and help available, as I have. But even more, I hope you find that you're welcome here, you're safe, you're among kindred spirits, and we're ALL on an journey. Here, it's fun to travel together!
