Default I'm new to 3fc and need buddies!
Hello,

I am brand new to 3fc. I found the site while doing some research on Full Bar. I am really ready to commit to weight loss and a healthy lifestyle. I have 80+ pounds to loose and would love to meet some new friends along the way.

I am 45 years old, live in Colorado, am married, have 2 beautiful daughters, am going to be a g-ma for the first time, teach 7th grade, and looking forward to what the future holds!

I'd love to have some buddies to ride along with me on this roller coaster ride!

Welcome. Let me know what you think about Full Bar. I saw the commercial but didn't go further.

Hi Coufs! I am also new and learning my way around the site. I have been picking up all sorts of wonderful tips by searching the different forums. I haven't picked a diet plan other than sensible eating, lower carb and low sugar. Let me know if you try the Full Bar. BTW, I am 44, married, 3 kids and now have 3 g-kids! Live in NE (currently) we plan on moving back to CO hopefully in a couple of years.

Welcome to everyone. Only been here a couple of weeks myself, but have definitely found some good advice and encouragement. I work in 5th grade as a special ed paraeducator, lots of fun! Good luck on your journey's!
