Cool Hello!
Hey there all - I am just joining on here because I am determined that this year is the one that I get all this weight off! In December, I joined a gym here locally and then hired a trainer - I have had 3 sessions so far. My sister and I are both overweight (I am trying to get her to join here too!)

I look forward to getting to know you all and towards getting the weight off!

Hello, I am new too! I start the hospital based HMR diet next week and I am hopeful that this will be the push I need to get my weight under control again. Good luck to you too!

It's great that you hired a trainer and have been 3 times. If the trainer is a good one, you'll see results as long as you do what they say (heh heh, I am a trainer now, and I tell all my clients that )

I'm Diary's sister, she succeeded in getting me on the site (yay!)

That is awesome that you both joined the forum together.

Unfortunately, I am the only one of my siblings to have ever had a weight problem (sister is average/healthy weight and has never thought about it either way, cousins are all slim, athletic, or healthy weight with no fixation), so I doubt getting my sister to join here would serve much of a purpose but it is great that the two of you are in this together!
