I decided if I was going to do this I had to come to reality of what I've let happen over the last 5 months or so.
I broke out the ole' notebook and the last time I exercised was July 22nd. That's the last time I weighed myself too. I was 160.
Like I said, I am now, 179. I have also....don't have a heart attack here.....gained 18 inches back.
I decided right then and there something has to give now! I have a horrible head cold so I was giving myself until the 5th to really get back on track but why wait? I broke out the Cardio Party and Chalene and I jammed!
I'm sure I'll be sore but that comes with the territory.
Another sad tidbit, I used to be at target heart rate like 20 minutes max during the 45 min workout and I was there for 42 of the 45 today. OUT OF SHAPE!
