
So , today is the one year anniversary of the start of my weight loss journey




On january 3rd 2008, i started counting calories. I started making healthier choices, eating less and moving more.
And here i am now , one year later, 70 lbs less and still here( i have tried before and failed) I feel great now that i could stick with this plan..i could have done much more, i know

Overall , i think it may be that i'm still amazed at what i have done in a year- i never thought i could lose weight successfully, and i'm stil surprised every day at how much easier it gets with each passing day to eat healthy, yet still have some of the things i love like wine and chocolate !
