I am new to this forum, but not at all new to weight loss! I am Nichole, I am 23... Happily married for a year & a half to an amazing man who supports me every step of the way!
I hit my highest weight back in May 2008 at 225 and I am currently 199. I was down to 192 in mid-November but I used the Holiday's as a reason to binge and gained 7 pounds in two months. After our Christmas vacation to see our family, I was so thankful the Holiday's were over and I was able to get back on track. It is so difficult and I am glad I have another year to learn how to maintain through the Holiday's. I am 5'1" and I would like to eventually weigh around 120-125.... and we will see how I feel when I get there! I have had a gym membership since May and I go 4-6 times per week. I work full time, 5 days per week and I am a student part time, 3 nights per week. I am a busy girl but I am hoping it doesn't get me down!
I am excited to meet all of you & hope I am welcomed here!

Also-How do I make a signature? I go to User CP but I see nothing there?!

Welcome to 3FC. You should come on over to the 20-somethings forum and join us. And for the signature you have to be a member for 20days and have 20 posts before you can get one. Maybe its 30. Good luck.

Like Courtney said, it's either 30 days and 30 posts, or 20/20, I'm not sure. They had to put that in place to keep spammers from joining and bombarding us with advertising. Meanwhile, you can track you weight with the profile setting, which you seem to have already figured out.

Your screen name caught my attention. 123 is my current weight and I can attest - it is a nice number

Welcome Nichole! This forum is a wonderful place to learn and share. I've only recently found my way back to it again. I think that's amazing that you work out so many days a week. Some weeks I find it difficult to do three days. LOL.

Hi I am new to 3fc, My name is yari, I am a 28 year old female living in New York and have two kids. I am looking to get down to 157 before the holidays next year....so i am basically giving myself a year to get down to my goal weight. I just started using the Alli plan yesterday, so i want to see how that goes for me....Well i look forward to meeting lots of wonderful people on here...

CountingDown, Congrats at being at 123! I shrunk an inch, so I might want to be 115-120 now... but the user name rhymed, so I decided to use it... I'm a dork like that-You will come to find that out!!
kaliannah, it is difficult--especially with my busy schedule. I am worried about when I go back to school this month and have three nights per week.... I've never had such a busy schedule!
