Weekend OP Challenge

    1556 calories per day, 92oz of water, 30DS Level 3

    Saturday: 1686 calories, 96oz of water, 30DS Level 3 Day 6
    Sunday: 1750 calories, 64oz of water, 30DS Level 3 Day 7

    I was down another pound today!!! I was up at 187.4 last Sunday & this morning I weighed in at 182.8!!! Go me!!!

    My brother in law's birthday party is on sunday and we're going to a steakhouse. I'm in charge of making his birthday cake and I'm "sabotaging" it with peanut butter because I can't have peanuts so I WON'T BE ABLE TO EAT IT bwahaha.

    I want to get back down to 182 by the end of the weekend. I'm all bloated and gross. icky.

    Saturday:
    lunch: LC Cheese Ravioli
    dinner: 6 oz grilled chicken over tossed salad with fat free dressing, reduced fat cheese, and 1 tbsp bacon bits
    snack: Weight Watchers Turtle Sundae Ice Cream cup.
    pounding back the water today. I feel bloaty.

    Sunday:
  • leigh: Same here. I want to get back down to 183, I was up 1 the other day, and then I ate junk yesterday at the in laws. I'm feeling like a heifer though cause I'm gonna start my period in a couple days so if I work hard, drink water, and eat well I can lose something.
  • I feel like a butt cause I can't really work out right now because of my headaches. They're so terrible! They can be really debilitating. I think it's that my sinuses are backed up. My nose isn't congested but I feel like I have this plug in my brain. it suuuuucks. I'm taking sudafed to try to help it but It's not doing much. I'm able to be around light and sound without crying but that's about all I can do.
  • Have you tried going to the doctor to see if they can do anything for you? That is too miserable to try & just deal with, dear one.
  • I've got an appointment for a check up in a couple of weeks. I don't want to go to a clinic for them to tell me to just keep doing what I'm doing. I'd love to hit goal before my appointment so I don't have to hear that I"m overweight
  • I know what you mean. I had the same goal in mind when I went for my well woman appt...only to find out that she is worried about my low calorie diet & she is more concerned with me maintaining than losing. I was annoyed. According to all these BMI things, I'm obese. Shouldn't I work on that?

    Saturday: 1220 calories, 80 oz water, ran 5 miles.

    Sunday: 1502 calories, 80 oz water, ran 9.8 miles.

    1700 calories, 80 oz water and any form of exercise I can get it!!

    Saturday: 2056 Calories, 85 oz water and no workout!

  • Sounds like everyone is doing great this weekend! Keep up the good work. I'm gonna have a snack/dinner Smart Ones calzone & then I'll be done for the day. Still drinking lots of water though...not quite enough yet.

    this is what I ate today
    Half a sandwich
    a small piece of a cinnamon sticky bun
    At the restaurant for my brother in law's birthday:
    a piece of bread
    a tossed salad with regular ranch dressing (thankfully, I ordered it on the side and didn't use much)
    8 oz grilled chicken and a big heaping side of veggies
    a few bites of DH's steak
    a frozen strawberry margarita
    a few bites of cheesecake

    I feel so unbelievably bad. And in retrospect I didn't even eat all that much. This not exercising thing is getting to me. I'm going to have to at least try to do something....
