...because I'm not getting any younger
Hey everyone! I've been a lurker on this site before, the last time I was on WW, and always enjoyed finding recipes and points help, but this time I thought I'd actually join the conversations!
I'm a 28 year old Texas gal now living in the midwest. I was a thin and active as a young girl, but around 11 started gaining weight and haven't stopped since. I lost about 50 pounds last year on WW, got distracted over the summer with vacations and such and gained it back (and a few more). I'm heading back on Sunday and looking forward to regaining control of the chaos.
I know the challenge of weight loss only gets harder as you get older and add a husband and kids to the equation so I figure there is no better time than the present to shed this extra person I'm carrying around. I have a wonderful boyfriend now and want to get healthy before the possibility of those life changes come.
Looking forward to sharing my experiences and hearing yours. I'm interested in the 20 something's, WW, and 100+ loss areas so that's where I'm heading next.
