
Here I am again!
Over the past few years I have given some half hearted attempts at losing weight! I really dont want to be this way on Jan 1, 2010. I want to change my diet! I DONT want to go on a restrictive diet or turn to pre packaged foods. I never feel my best when I eat that stuff.
He on Jan 1, 2009 I am going to improve myself, my health and maybe lose a few pound in the process. I am going to live a Mediterranean life to the fullest. I will buy and enjoy quality and good foods. Me and DH decided to eat fist full time and have other meats 1% of the time!
My plans for the new year is too.
Make 90% of food at home. I enjoy cooking!
Make authentic french and Italian and other Mediterranean foods.(which I already do)
Walk more; park at the back of the parking lots and walk with dh at night after dinner. He enjoys that!
make my own pasta and breads. (maybe a bread machine?)
keep fruits and veggies as a main staple of my diet.
