Default ugh!!

Well, I hadn't been around in a month or so, and of course, today is the day to start anew so here I am. I am going to try one of the meal delivery plans, not sure which one yet. My weight continues to climb despite exercise and eating decent. I was thinking it was due to some meds I was on, but I am off those and it still climbs steadily. I'm seeing a new dr and one of my issues I brought up was my weight, but he wanted to address some other things first (being off meds and tracking my moods and anxiety, which I am happy to report has been really good). So I'm not supposed to go back to him until 1/22 but I'm going to call and try to get in sooner. I have all the symptoms of low thyroid but I've had it tested twice in the past 5 years and my numbers always come up "in range" so no dr has ever wanted to treat the symptoms. One of my sisters numbers fall in range but she is still on meds that make her feel so much better. Anyway, I weighed today (two different scales) and am horrified to see I'm up to 211 pounds. This is almost 20 pounds heavier than when I was 9 months pregnant. I have to figure out what is going on and get this weight thing under control. I have decided my reward for the first 30 pounds will be to get my first tattoo. It's something I've always wanted. And when I loose the whole 66 pounds, I'll get my next one. So, I'm going to set this web site as my home page so I have to visit it every day and it helps keep my motivation up. Good luck to me!
