Hello everyone, after a few months of "lurking" I have registered and after much reviewing of various posts I have decided to try out Bistro MD, just placed my order so I'm looking forward to starting my new year right.
A little about myself; I am single, 44 have tried many other diet programs w/ some success but have always regained the weight. I currently take Cymbalta and I was previously taking Lexapro which I believe is where my weight issues really started to become a problem, over the past 4 yrs I have gained over 40 lbs and can't stand the sight of myself in pictures!!! My Dr. has recently prescribed Xenical for me and I have decided that I also need a low fat diet plan to assist me w/ my weightloss journey. I also requested and received Wii and WiiFit for Christmas
!!! I purchased Beck Diet Solution and plan on referring to that to help change my outlook and triggers regarding food.
I am hoping that I've armed myself w/ all that I need to make this a successful journey and a permanent one and hope this forum will also help and get me through the tough times!!!
I want to thank you all at this time for all the insights, opinions and comments I have found on this website; you have already helped by giving me insight in to my options out there.
So tonight starts a New Year, and a new me!!!

Glad you joined us! I just got a wii fit for Christmas. I hope you like yours as well as we like ours! It is a lot of fun as well as being good exercise. And the wii games are pretty good exercise as well!
