Hello everyone!
Hi everyone! I've been lurking for the last few days and decided to bite the bullet and post! Everyone on this site seems so encouraging, I'm hoping to keep my small start at weight loss going into the New Year!
I really love working out and am new fan of running, having finished the C25K this last summer. It's just the diet that's the tough part for me. No willpower whatsoever! I'm hoping that coming to this board will keep me motivated!
