Day 1...again

  • Here I go again. It's 12/29 and I'm starting a new schedule. I've reactivated my gym membership, plan to walk with a girlfriend several times a week (she's training for a walk-a-thon), and am starting WW (again). WW is the only food regimen that has worked for me. My best success was 2 years ago when I lost 25 lbs. Since then, the 25 lbs. are back and they brought 15 friends with them. My total goal is 80 lbs, but I think I'll just start with a goal of 10 lbs for January. Wish me luck in California.

    We have a great, active Weight Watchers forum here...have you found it yet? If not, seek it out...it's a wonderful group.

    We also have forums by age range and a whole wide range of different topics, so be sure to look around. Then just find a spot and jump into posting. Can't wait to get to know you better!
