I have been lurking here for a few weeks and finally decicided to post. I am so ready to lose weight. I have tried just about eery diet out there and am still searching for something that works for me. I can't wait to get to know you all better!

We have MANY different areas to check out...by age range, amount to lose, eating plan, etc. So look around, find a spot, and settle in.
