If at first you don't succeed...
Well I have been down this road before, but it seems like a long time ago. The last time I went on a diet was back in 2001 and I lost 75lbs. Over the years, my weight has slowly slid back to 203 lbs and just completely beside myself with guilt.
My doctor is completely on board with me going on a diet and recommends that I follow the same diet I was on before. Which 35/55/75 and cycle at the end of 6 weeks. So that I am doing two weeks of 35 grams of carbs, two at 55 and two more at 75 and starting back at the beginning.
I am not sure if any one here has ever been on a similar diet, but I sure could use the encouragement on this journey again. I am looking forward to meeting people and making friends along the way. I may not be able to respond as quickly as other members, because I work nights and I have college classes during the week.
