I'm new, too. I posted an intro under the "calories counters" introduction. Briefly, however, I need to lose around 25 to 30 pounds (although 20 would be good too) and get back to my older shape. I have done few diets in the past (which involved eating very little food, but put the weight back..so hopefully, this time will be long term weight loss).
I thought not to wait until January or Monday (although it's almost Monday lol) or next week or next month or whatever. I'm happy to be here and hopefully, I'll do well.
