Hi.
I’m Katy, 15. I am determined to lose weight this time. Well as you all know it has recently been Christmas and as usual I have eaten LODS. It’s my prom in 5 months time and I have been trying on dresses in the sale. There were some lovely ones!! But when I looked in the mirror I was not so lovely in them! I know I have always been a bit bigger than the other girls at school but I didn't realise just how big I was! I am also worried about my health because a lot of the members of my family has suffered weight related problems such as diabetes and I am scared I will get this, which I do not what!
So anyway, this time my diet is going to work! If you have any suggestions for me, e.g. exercise I could do ( I don’t really like exercise much

) I am going to try and be up for anything because my life is really boring at the mo and I want to add a little spice into it so any suggestions of different exercises would be great.
