New Years Resolutions

  • 1. To stop loosing weight and maintain
    2. To workout 3-5 times a week accordingly to maintain
    2. To get over my fear of eating/drinking out
    3. To see and spend time with my friends more
    4. To run a half marathon

    What are yours?
  • my resolution for next year is :
    1. lose 2 pounds (1kg) a week till i reach my goal of 130lbs(120lbs hopefull)
    2. learn to cook ...(to cook healty food)

    that would be about it....if next year at the same time i could have reech my goal or be near...it would be the best christmas/new year time!!
  • Resolution #1 so far is "hang onto my job!"

    Besides that, I want to find a team sport that I am good at and join a team!
  • I want to run a 5k without taking any walking breaks and then proceed to run some more!
  • 1) get to my goal weight
    2) Half marathon!
    3) Fine a new hair style
    4) Make the Deans list
  • I want to loose the final 15 lbs, at least. That is a do-able goal for me.
  • 1. Run a 5k
    2. Lose the last ten lbs or so
    3. Be more active
  • 1. Lose 2 lbs every week so I can get to my goal of 135 lbs
    2. Workout 5x's a week or up to 7 if possible
    3. Eat healthy
    4. Reach a size 7
    5. Fit into a bikini for the first time ever
  • i've been lacking exercise for a while (since TOM on 13th Dec) - I've just started to come back to exercise, so my goal is:
    - To start exercise regularly again
    - To eat healthier again

    I've been eating abit more than i should abit, and less than I should on a day when I sleep for 12 hours >"< So i want to get my balance back.
  • Mine are:

    1. Lose enough weight to look good in a gorgeous new dress next Christmas Day. (At least UK size 12).
    2. Start exercising regularly and stick to it for once!
    3. Keep my new years resolutions
  • 1) Complete C25K
    2) Make Varsity
    3) Get down to 150 before CAMP!
    4) Be more social
    5) Run a 5k (in a race or just at home)
  • 1.) meet my goal weight
    2.) eat a salad every day
    3.) do all pre-requ's for school
    4.) get accepted into a school
    5.) actually have a savings
    6.) get out of corporate housing and have a place of my own!
    7.) wipe out my outstanding debt
    8.) have a professional photo shoot
    9.) see yosemite and the grand canyon
    10.) get my eyeliner tattooed!
  • 1) Get down to 140

  • 1)Finish my last semester of school on the presidents list
    2)Wear a bikini this summer
    3)Appreciate my bf more instead of getting upset over stupid things
    4)Get organized
    5)Pay off my credit cards
  • More than anything, I want to start to recognize myself again. As someone who has always been bigger, it's a little difficult for me to adjust to my reflection. I don't recognize most of my body anymore. It's really frustrating and I need to get a handle on it before it causes problems.
