Hello!!!
Well, Hello ladies at 3 Fat Chicks on a Diet...
I am determined to lose weight and stay on my diet.
I found out last year at this time, that I have some allergies to certain types of food that would hurt my tummy. Needless to say the diet stuck until April, then I had an accident and I slipped into old habits! Damn it! I gained the weight that I did mange to lose back plus some extra..
But on to my "special diet..." I am not allowed to have Gluten (bread, pasta, flour, etc), Soy (including anything soy beans are made from ie Whey (yep its soy), corn (the veggie, flour, oil, and anything else), Dairy (EVERYTHING expect the whites of eggs), fish (this one will cause me to die), oh yeah not to mention TURKEY, blueberries and a bunch of other things.
So my diet is rice, rice milk, rice flour, some veggies... yay!
But that is my goal.
Anyone out there with some of the same food allergies??
