Default just ordered nutrisystem today

and I'm curious what I can do in the meantime while I wait on my items to arrive? What items do I need to buy at the store? which fruits are allowed? and fat free milk correct? what about condiments for salads and such? any beginner advice would be appreciated ) thanks!

Hey Spryng
Not sure if you've figured this out yet from the rest of the boards.You'll need:
tons of fruits, vegetables and salads.
Some sort of protein and dairy (skim milk, 0% yogurt, lean meat, eggs - whatever you like).
Fat free salad dressing
Healthy fats: Olive oil, nuts, avocado

I think that's pretty much it, you'll be able to figure it all out once you get your actual box with the booklet in it, so don't stress too much.

Good luck! I just ordered my BistroMD today. I considered NS but I didn't want to have to think about anything else or buy or add anything. I'm going to give this 6-8 weeks and see how I do. I have 66 pounds to loose.

How exciting Kelly! yeah I had looked over that bistro too and the food looks delicious! I hope you have great sucess! I'll have to keep on eye on the bistro thread to see how that plan works for everyone is it low glycemic or just low calorie?
