Talking New here,want loss weight buddy

Hi, im new here...my name is Andreeanne I live in japan my husband is japanese and I have two beautiful children a little boy of 19 months and a little girl of 7 months.

Around 2 years ago i was able to lose 30lbs ...was really happy about it still had to lose around 20lbs and i would had reach my perfect weight. and then become pregnant ....not one time but two time in 2 years...hahaha take alot of weight and went back up at 200lbs....its been 6 months that im kind of trying to lose weight without sucess...been alot busy with 2 child and a job and finally stop going gym...and due to my overstress the only way to feel better was eating..or drinking alcohol (not alcoholic) i taked around 6lbs..due to stress i think...

decided to take break from my job..till april and try to only concentrate on losing weight and my children.
My goal would be 130lbs....i would love to get near that...i know its possible ..just having some problem with stoping eating....when food taste that good
anyway going gym 2 hrs a day 7 days a week..doing cardio and muscle training....trying my best with food..and drinking around 8~10 glasses of water a day.......hope i will suceed this time!

will love to talk with other people who are also trying to lose weight!~

Andreeanne!!! you've come to a great place to get help, support, and information...

Just hit the boards and you'll find people your own age, with a lot of the same issues, it's a wonderful place to come and not feel alone in your journey..

Hi Andreeanne, I'd love to partner with you for weight loss. I also weigh about 200 and have successfully lost about 30 lbs in the past. My children are older than yours, but I know how hard it is to stay healthy and raise little ones. This is a great time to start a weight loss journey. What's worked for me in the past is to post my eating, exercise, challenges and tips each day and you'd do the same once, twice or three times - whatever it takes.

I want to look good and feel good so I can keep up with my three boys - I'm sure you feel the same.

Last time I started by giving up wine, sweets and breads to kick-start the journey, then I calorie counted and tried to eat 1900 or less calories a day - it worked! I eventually started a regiment of good exercise too. Foods that helped a lot were salads, yogurt smoothies, power bars to get me through the hungry periods, fruits and veggies, some good protein.

thx to everyone you reply me... thx to tiredoffat for your encouragement....having children and do exercise is hard..everyday in writting what im eating...the only problem is that i suck at cooking and i dont know exactly what is healtly ..exept like salad but again i dont know many different so always finish eating same..get tired and eat something bad...tonight is my zumba class...1 hrs of zumba!!! is someone else know or doing this dance exercise? soooo much fun!~
