So I have these two pairs of pants I bought three years ago, because they were cheap and I needed black pants to wear to work. They were very baggy on me at the time; one of the pairs is a 7 and the other is a 9. Well, I've been wearing the 9 every day recently, because even that was tight around my waist, and the 7 just caused ridiculous levels of muffin top.
But this week, I have been in the 7 all week long!

I didn't want to announce my success until it had been a full week, but now that it's been a week, I am pretty happy about it. After months of slowly losing pounds but no inches, this week I lost 1.25" off my waist (which is my biggest problem area).
I've still got a lot of work ahead of me, seeing as how nearly all of the clothes in my closet are size 4, but I am getting there. Slowly.
