i was thinking about 2008 and how i have accomplished so much but not necessarily everything i wanted to. and that's okay. life is full of victories and defeats and its the defeats that make you stronger.
with that being said i would like to make my goals for 2009 public in order to keep me accountable and make them more real and attainable to me. so i am going to post my goals and aspirations for 2009 and i hope you will too.
hopefully this can help us 20-somethings know a little more about each other than our weight loss goals because we all are soooo much more than our weight loss journeys.
to everyone and I hope to share 2009's triumphs with all of you!
