Alright chicks,
So while browsing Trader Joe's frozen section, I always find new things to try. This particular day I was craving bad fatty foods so I was looking for a low-cal (and not horrible) alternative. I found "Trader Ming" brand vegetable egg rolls that looked delicious, so I bought 'em.
My confusion is, the package says they are 110 calories each, which I have trouble believing because as far as my knowledge takes me, egg rolls are high cal items, and this stir fried frozen version should be no exception.
Here are the stats:
Size: 1 egg roll (85 g)
Calories: 110
Total fat: 4 g
Sodium 370 mg
Total carb: 16 g
Fiber: 2 g
Protein: 5 g
This blog happens to have a picture of one as well:

What are your thoughts? Are these delightful bundles of goodness really 110 calories each?
