Default Looking for some motovation

After losing 15 pounds or so I've hit a wall. I have no ambition to go to the gym, I hate cardio with a passion and do not look forward to go to the gym. I can start feeling the jeans getting tighter in the tush and it's discouraging. It's my own fault for slacking on not going to the gym. So I'm looking for some words of encouragement, something to make me suck up the pain and sweating and just get back to busting my rear.

maybe try something other than cardio? Do some weight lifting, change your routine up. If you have an ipod or mp3 player maybe make yourself a new playlist of different songs to get you interested. Do you make goals for each gym session? I have a notebook where i set goals (e.g. run xkm in 45mins) and keep track of my progress, so i am always pushing myself just a little bit.

I had a personal trainer, that was how I lost all the weight to begin with. But after I stopped seeing him all my motovation went out the window. I mean I kept up with it even after I stopped going to him since I wanted to be in good shape for my trip to Vegas which was this past October. But after I got back from Vegas I had no motovation. I'm thinking of maybe going back to him and signing up for some more sessions. Hopefully that will get me going.

Thanks!

Sounds like a great idea. Maybe ask him to set you up with some weight training and not just cardio.
