I'm not new to calorie counting, but I'm new to CC on 3FatChicks. I was over at SBD for a while, but I can never really stay on track. I have had much better success counting calories.
I've never been overweight, but in college I shot up from 120 to 147 lbs by the time I finished. In about 14 months since I graduated, I have whittled back down to about 136, and I am still trying to lose about 6 more lbs.
I don't want to get back down to 120...that was not enough for being almost 5'9"! Anyway, I'm trying to avoid holiday weight gain and perhaps lose a little as well
