Default Chipotle sauce

Hi, i've been off plan for a while but I'm sure i'm back on track now. I'm 5 days into it and feeling great about it this time.

Just wondering if anyone knows if chipotle sauce would be SB friendly.

Most chipotle sauces are SBD friendly. Just be sure yours doesn't have sugar in it or is a cream sauce.

Is there anyway to find out what type Panera resturants has? I was thinking that it would be great to have a piece of that with a salad, I could bring my own dressing of course. I'm going shopping tomorrow and know i'll need to eat out and am trying to plan where and what.

I recommend the Embasa brand chipotle peppers "en adobo"" which come in a 7 oz can -- you just puree that with some fresh tomatoes or a can of tomatoes if they aren't in season and cook it down a bit. Peppers and tomatoes are SB friendly for sure!

You can go to Panera's website to find the nutritional information on their menu items. I'm curious, though, as to what type of chipotle sauce are you talking about? I don't know of one where you could eat a "piece" of it?

Halo, I've had the chipotle chicken sandwich, but I don't think they have chipotle chicken. You can probably get the chipotle sauce on chicken, though...was that what you were thinking?
