Default UGHHH..... I'm back again.....

Hello everyone, I am back again. I was doing really well the first few weeks and lost around 15 pounds. However, the last 6 months I've literally ate my face off and gained everything back and add 2 more. I started back on adkins on November 10, 2008. My starting weight was 194 pounds and by November 26, 2008 I was down to 179. I messed up over the holiday and went back up to 185. This last Monday I started up again and I am down to 183.5. I need to stick with it this time.... Should I start with the induction phase again?

There's an Atkins forum on these boards you may want to post your Atkins questions on http://www.3fatchicks.com/forum/forumdisplay.php?f=226

JMHO, you should probably start with a clean Induction, meaning eating foods only on the acceptable foods list http://www.veronicaatkinsfoundation.org/lifestyle.htm
Drink a lot of water & get some form of exercise (walking is great!)

You CAN do this!!

All the best to you!!
